Pancakes — airy, fluffy, and slightly sweet. They are perfect for breakfast or as a cozy treat, served with sour cream, jam, or honey. The yeast-based dough makes them soft inside with a golden, crispy outside.

Wheat flour

Fresh yeast

Milk

Chicken egg

Sugar

Vegetable oil

INSTRUCTION

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast, and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface.

Mix the starter with flour using a mixer.

Cover the bowl with the dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm spot for 40 minutes so the dough can rise.

Add eggs to the risen dough.

Add salt.

Add a tablespoon of oil, knead again. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in a warm spot for another 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Without mixing the dough, scoop up a portion that has been moistened with water with a spoon and place it onto the pan.

Fry the pancakes on both sides. Serve.
