Idaho potatoes are one of the most commonly prepared potato side dishes in the world. The meat can be in any form: steak, burger, thin strips.
INGREDIENTS
Young potato

Olive oil (extra virgin)
250.00 ml
Dill

Parsley

Garlic

TABASCO Original Red Sauce

INSTRUCTION

Wash the potatoes well (no need to peel them), cut them lengthwise into eight wedges, and place them in a pot with cold salted water.

Bring to a boil and cook for 2–3 minutes. Drain the water and let the potatoes cool.

Mix olive oil with finely chopped herbs, sauce, and garlic pressed through a garlic press. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer, first dipping the wedges in the resulting mixture.

Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 200 degrees.
